Comprehensive Plan for Unincorporated Hillsborough County (the Comprehensive Plan”) to establish future land use designations other than Natural Preservation or otherwise establish development rights on submerged lands, for a period of 180 days or until the effective date of amendments to the Comprehensive Plan which clarify the lack of creation of development rights in submerged lands. Such draft ordinance will be presented to the Board of County Commissioners at a future board meeting for discussion and to schedule the required public hearings.
