Provides the Final Assessment for the Marina/Coral Circle Canal Dredge Capital Improvement Program Municipal Service Benefit Unit.  The Marina/Coral Circle Canal is a residential canal in North Fort Myers.  The MSBU was created by resolution 17-04-16, in April 2017, and construction was completed in May 2020.

Provides the Final Assessment for the Sunset Cove Channel Dredge Capital Improvement Program Municipal Service Benefit Unit.  The Sunset Cove Channel is the entrance to a residential canal system in Fort Myers for 61 waterfront parcels.  The MSBU was created by resolution 18-04-06, on April 03, 2018, and construction was completed in May 2020
