Proposed Ordinance 2018-10, Amending Chapter 151, Shoreline Construction As part of the ongoing effort to review existing Town Codes, Staff has identified provisions within Chapter 151, Shoreline Construction, which are problematic regarding implementation, and permitting for residential seawall repairs and/or replacement.Proposed Ordinance 2018-10 provides recommended revisions to address these identified issues, which will streamline residents’ ability to obtain permits for seawall repairs and/or replacement.

Recommended Action: Pending discussion, forward Ordinance 2018-10 to the May 7, 2018 Regular Meeting for first reading.
