Approve budget adjustment BA17-051 in the amount of $1,391,322, increasing CIP project “Charlotte Harbor Gateway 1B”.  Funding comes from a FDOT Enhancement Grant ($3,916,702), FDEP Grant ($200,000), RESTORE Grant ($218,487), BIF Funds ($202,472). There is no county match.
