To adopt a resolution authorizing execution of a contract with Myakka Big Waters, Inc. for the purchase of approximately 2.2 acres of real property located at 121 Plamore Drive, Venice, in the amount of $2,000,000.00, authorizing execution of a concession agreement with Myakka River Oyster Bar, Inc. to provide concessionaire services, and authorizing the County Administrator, or designee, to execute all documents to complete the transaction and modify time limits and closing date.
